Meet Dr. Wishnov’s Team
Dr. Bruce Wishov is Board Certified in Family Medicine and has served on numerous quality management committees both at West Boca Medical Center and for Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Insurance. He has been serving the Boca community for over 30 years.
Dr. Wishnov graduated from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Served his internist at John Kennedy Memorial in New Jersey. His residency is was in Family Medicine at Metropolitan Hospital In Philadelphia.
In addition to family medicine he is passionate about psychiatry, diabetic management, cardiovascular disease and aesthetic medicine.
In addition to owning and operating Palmetto Park Concierge Care he is also currently on staff at West Boca Medical Center, he also oversees the daily operations of his traditional medical practice and Nurse Practitioner.
Anne Mon is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of experience in healthcare, including more than seven years in primary care, and 25 years in emergency care. She provides comprehensive, patient-centered care, and is highly skilled in diagnosing and treating a wide range of acute and chronic diseases.Her focus includes wellness, disease prevention, and the management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and thyroid disorders.
Anne earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Magna Cum Laude) and her Master of Science in Nursing from Florida Atlantic University. Her decades of experience in emergency and critical care strengthen her clinical judgment and dedication to delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
Anne is fluent in Spanish and is known for her thorough, approachable style, and her commitment to building long-term relationships with her patients. She works closely with physicians and specialists to ensure each patient receives personalized care.
Leanne Butler is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in healthcare. She spent 4 years working as a Registered Nurse and nearly 13 years as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She began her Nurse Practitioner career in urgent care and now practices in a primary care setting, where she is committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
Leanne holds a Master of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. Her educational background supports her holistic approach to healthcare, addressing both physical and psychosocial needs.
Her clinical interests include primary prevention, diabetes management, psychiatric conditions, and weight loss programs. Leanne is passionate about helping patients improve their health through education, support, and evidence-based care.
